PRINTING BLANDET WASHER:
Pre-washing section:The impurities are removed by water spray and foam plastic wiper.
Final washing section:A movable washing unit consists of water spray,foam plastic wipers and copper scrapers.
PRITING PASTE SUPPLY:
The stainless steel gear-withinyear pump is used for supplying printing paste.It can be conrtolled automatically or by hand.
The gluing devices with water solbility glue and thermoplastic resin are available for selection.The even applicated of the glue are guaranteed by the roller applicater and the cured scraper.
The advantages of compact structure,small space,energy save and flexible combination for wide applications are the results of the modular construction of the drying chamber.
The fabric tension is reduced due to the lower entry,the compensator inside the chamber and the drawout roller separately driven by a D.C.motor.
